Sep 20, 2013 · Same problem here! (limited internet Access). It was working fine on iOS6. But iOS7 shows as limited internet access. I wanted to finish my monthly quota on the Mobile by connecting to Windows installed laptop, but failed to do so. Finally lost some data without using it. Irritating. Apple pls fix it.
