I’ve recently moved into a new house and have paid for my plan to start however the external box is damaged (ripped off) and the internal Box is also missing. And cannot use my modem or internet at all. How can I get someone to fix this ASAP for me? Just recently had an issue with accessing to the tplink modem home page in order to access to the setting of the modem (192.168.1.1). Also I had an issue with Wifi connection.
