My internet connection is working very good. Because Firefox, Google talk, Voipcheap these programs are working normally. I could access the web pages in Firefox Mozilla browser. I am posting this new message through Firefox browser. But Internet explorer and Windows live messenger do not work. I reset the setting of Internet explorer.

Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application". Here you will find a file 'master_preferences', delete that file or just move it out of that folder. Close Chrome and reopen and it should start working. Google Product Forums
