Nothing wrong with my internet or Netflix settings. My other devices comfortably stream 1080p. My Xbox settings are already set to 1080p. As I noted above, I briefly had 1080p streaming on it. Just because the Xbox 360 is capable of 1080p doesn't mean any specific app/game would use it.
