I love that it allows sharing across 10 devices, movie rentals last for 48-hours and that you can download movies for long flights. It didn’t. So I called Vudu customer service on May 6th. Three calls and 11 days later I still don’t have my code or digital copy. I spoke with a customer service supervisor all all they kept telling me giving me was excuses as to why I didn’t have it yet and no resolution except to keep waiting for my code. This is terrible Customer service.
