Find your server online on arkservers.net, check to see if it says that you're still logged in.Just got this issue both ppl that were online now can't get in, always time-out and are apparently still in the game, according to arkservers.net and the In-game Ark Game Lobby. You can keep the IP address of primary NTP server and secondary NTP server as default. Specify the update rate. The update rate is the interval the switch fetching time from an NTP server.
