Opendns not working

Re: r7000 netgear genie openDNS parental controls not working I have the exact same problem. DSN entries are correct, account setup correct in opendns, and even Genie is able to administer the parental control settings and says they are enabled.

I couldn't find the blacklist/whitelist option (UI completely changed from what I'm used to) but just as I was responding I decided to click around the netgear opendns site more aggressively and I finally found it!
