If on Windows, go to DEVICE MANAGER, open up NETWORK ADAPTERS, find your Adapter in the list, double click on it and look at ADVANCED tab, and scroll down to SPEED and DUPLEX and the pulldown (see my capture on right) is showing the speed/duplex.
